Service performance Tax disc

Tax disc is a service within vehicle licensing, which also covers SORN (Statutory Off Road Notification).

This service is provided by the DVLA to relicense vehicles that are kept on public roads. This service does not include first vehicle registrations.

    Customer satisfaction is measured using a survey on a sample of users at the point of transaction completion. It is measured on a 5 point scale from most satisfied to least satisfied. The mean of these responses is converted to a percentage for display purposes.
