To apply to be authorised as a certified motorcycle instructor, download the application form, fill it in and send it to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) with 2 signed and dated passport-sized photos.

You’ll need to send 2 other forms at the same time if you’re setting up an approved training body.

You can read the DVSA data protection statement so you know how DVSA will use the information you supply.
