Letter from Children’s Minister Edward Timpson to Councillor Rob Anderson, Leader of Slough Borough Council, commissioning an external review of children’s services in Slough to establish the best structural and governance arrangements to support improvement.
The letter is in response to Ofsted rating the service for children in need of help and protection, looked-after children and care leavers as ‘inadequate’.
